Absolutely! You're welcome here. What sets us apart is that we focus on meeting people from all backgrounds, and across borders, to discover and challenge our individual cultures.
We are also innovative in the sense that we propose in separate and different stays, to offer women traveling solo, women accompanied by their children, but also those who are our elders, to be able to share among them stays reflecting the vibrant diversities of our stays.

This depends on the tour, but always an adequate number of travelers for a smooth experience.

Generally, a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 14. Autonomy, exchange and high conviviality.

For EXCLUSIVE STAY FROM MOM-KID DUOS this number may be higher (mom sharing a double bed with children). However, in all cases, a limited number of travelers will be accepted in order to preserve the character of our stays.

PERSONALIZED MEET AND GREET SERVICE

​• In any case, you will not travel without the contact information for your accommodation's reception.
​• Regardless of your arrival time, whether very early in the morning or very late at night, our on-site team will always find a way to welcome you or assist you in finding your accommodation.

Depending on the type of stay, this meet and greet service is available at the airport, directly at the meeting point, or at your accommodation.

​• For villa rentals, keys are available on-site, allowing those arriving earlier to wait for others.
​• For organized tours, a representative will meet clients at the airport and assist them in joining the group.

REGARDING YOUR AIRPORT ARRIVALS

​• Individual: To reach your accommodation, you can choose your own transportation or ask us to arrange it for you.
​• For group arrivals of several female travelers arriving at the same time: At your request, we can organize a private car or minibus service with driver.

Trip Registration
​•To finalize your booking, please complete your profile private data: A photo( whatever it may be), first name, last name, nickname, date of birth, city and country of residence, your nationality, cell phone number, e-mail address and a few words about yourself(maximum 10).
(​Privacy Guarantee: Your information is secure and will never be used for commercial purposes.)

• Visible & shared with the Group in your trip's private chat: Your photo, nickname, age, city, nationality, few words about yourself.

• You'll be able to chat with people who have booked their future trip together.

Flights are not included.
• Once the minimum number of participants is reached, the trip is confirmed.
• Once the trip is confirmed, the passenger chat will be open (please remember to complete your personal profile).
• Once the confirmation is displayed on the website, you must choose and book your flights.
• Depending on your destination, our welcome service is available either at the airport or at your accommodation. (This will be indicated in your trip information.)
• Departure and arrival airports are listed on the trip information sheet.

Registration for your stay is done directly on our online booking system (our website), or by phone with our dedicated services.

Most bookings require payment in two installments, sometimes three (depending on the amount), and an initial booking amount, is requested to confirm your registration for the stay.

The means of payment can be:
• by bank transfer from bank to bank
• or by direct debit by credit card.

Sometimes an on-site payment (credit card or cash) is required:
• For additional services: Transfers, additional visits, various activities.
• Sometimes also a percentage is requested on site and in cash only for certain types of stays ( This amount of payment is an integral part of the amount of the stay), for example for cruises, sometimes a cash payment is requested upon boarding, concerning the A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) fees, generally representing (20% to 35%) a part of the cost of renting the yacht, intended to cover fuel expenses, food, drinks, shipping costs and other additional operational costs. This is an international rule related to certain types of cruises.
In any case this is mentioned before your arrival in your contract.

In general, all the details are mentioned in our trip itineraries.

INCLUDED
• Generally, the welcome, accommodation, type of meal plan (half board or full board with or without soft drinks), and the activities listed in the program are included, as well as transportation for guided tours (as mentioned in the itinerary).

NOT INCLUDED
• Flights, travel insurance, certain additional paid activities, certain extra excursions not included in the itinerary, personal expenses, and some transfers are generally not included (as mentioned in the itinerary).

PAYMENT FOR THE STAY
• Travel arrangements are settled in two or sometimes three bank installments (depending on the amount). A deposit is required first to confirm the reservation. The balance is due later in installments.

• It is possible that part of the trip must be paid in cash on arrival. These amounts may include: guides, additional excursions, certain airport/accommodation transfers, certain meal plans (not included in the trip price but mentioned in the trip details), APA cruises navigation fees, culinary experiences, service providers, etc.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT...
• You can contract a travel trip cancellation from your insurer, or we also propose this cancellation insurance services.(Please contact us for more information).

• You can also use our "MODIFY" option to change your destination and dates.
